Investment
Banking Advisory Services
We
have significant real world experience placing debt with and raising
equity from both individuals and institutions. We have significant
experience arranging and executing mergers and acquisitions.
In this area we offer sell-side representation, buyer
identification, acquisition search, enterprise valuations and deal
execution services. We also will assist with pre-IPO planning, and
for those private companies that qualify, we can advise on Form 10
or 10-SB stock registration and public listing. In all of these
areas we have experience both as principals and intermediaries. As
registered securities representatives we are fully licensed to
provide transaction services on a success fee basis.
Strategic Advisory Services
Our strategic advisory services generally involve
consulting with management on financial issues and concerns. We help
management focus on long term value by establishing strategic goals
and objectives, prioritizing strategic opportunities and promoting
strategic flexibility through the maintenance of financial
