Founded in 2001, Stronghold Capital Partners is an investment banking and strategic advisory firm serving middle market companies in the western United States. Our practice focuses primarily on privately placing debt or equity, executing mergers or acquisitions and providing clients with strategic advice about ways to build a fortress balance sheet and maximize long-term shareholder value. We also provide  litigation support services for attorneys and their clients in cases involving complex corporate finance issues.

Our partners are experienced executives and corporate finance professionals who have over 75 years combined experience dealing with  equity investments, capital markets and capital markets transactions.  They have significant management and board of directors experience and in some cases have owned and operated their own companies.
