Howard C.
Fletcher III - Partner Mr. Fletcher is a financial professional with
over 25 years experience in corporate finance, executive
management and international business. He has been CEO of a
number of public and private companies and a director of many
for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Fletcher has
extensive experience assisting senior executives of troubled
companies. In that capacity, he has successfully raised public
and private equity, placed debt and advised on the purchase and sale
of numerous businesses. He has significant international
experience and contacts, having lived and worked overseas. Mr.
Fletcher has a Masters degree in International Management and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, both from the University of
Southern California. He is also a graduate of the Stanford
Executive Management Program at Stanford’s Fallen Leaf Lake Campus
in California. He is a Registered Securities Representative
with Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses. You may

James F.
Lewin - Partner Mr. Lewin's background includes over 25 years
in international, commercial and investment banking, and nearly a
decade as the principal shareholder and CEO of a rapidly growing
manufacturing and distribution business in California. He was
most recently the principal of LewAZ, a capital advisory firm that
assisted private owner managed companies in completing corporate and
commercial finance transactions. During his 20 years at
Security Pacific Bank, Mr. Lewin served in a number of senior
management positions in the U.S. and internationally.
Applicable assignments included responsibility for the funding of
all of the institution’s subsidiaries and affiliates domiciled
outside of the U.S., general management of two overseas affiliates
and general management of the bank’s California staff
departments. For two years, he served as President, Director
and CEO of Guardian Bancorporation, Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Lewin has extensive senior management and Board of Director
experience within public companies and he is a graduate of the
University of Cincinnati where he earned a B.A. in Political

Richard J. Freeman -
Partner Richard J. Freeman – Mr.
Freeman has worked extensively in both public securities and private
equity investing and possesses a broad investment perspective. His
past positions include serving as an auditor for the State Of
Michigan Insurance Bureau, an investment analyst for both the State
of Michigan Treasury Department and Metropolitan Life Insurance
Company, Director of Investment Research, portfolio manager and
equity analyst at Bank One (First Chicago Corporation), and Director
of Investment Research and assistant portfolio manager at Kemper
Financial Services’ Selected Financial Services mutual fund complex
and Managing Director for the private equity segment of Century
Capital Management, Inc. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a
member of the Phoenix CFA Society and the Association of Insurance
and Financial Analysts. Mr. Freeman graduated from Michigan
State University Magna Cum Laude and was elected a member of Beta
Gamma Sigma (the national business school honor society) and earned
a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University
and a Masters Degree in Accountancy from Western Michigan
University. Mr.
Freeman has served on numerous boards of directors and has chaired
four Audit Committees. He was a board member of Fidelity National
Information Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNIS) and chaired the Audit
Committee. He is currently a board member of Peak Performance
Solutions, Inc. and serves as the Chairman of both the audit and
